* I understand that the Parent Handbook can be viewed and downloaded, and I acknowledge that it has met its obligation to inform me of its policies and procedures by providing me with the Handbook. I understand that if I have a question regarding a specific area of content in the Handbook, a staff member will clarify the area for me upon request.
* I agree to follow all program policies as stated in the Parent Handbook, with special attention to the following areas: Drop off and Pick up times, Registration and Payment Policies, and Behavior Policy.
* I am aware that certain activities are physically demanding. (If you have concerns regarding your child’s abilities to participate fully, please contact the Camp Director.) I have noted that the most activities are conducted outside, in all kinds of weather. I will send my child to camp with the appropriate equipment, such as rain gear, sturdy shoes, protective clothing, sunscreen, water bottles, etc. I further understand that equipment, clothing, backpacks, coolers, etc. will experience heavy wear and tear. I understand that both my child and their belongings may come home wet, dirty, muddy, and tired.
* I understand that money, video games, toys, electronic devices, cell phones, trading cards, jewelry, and personal sporting equipment are not to be brought to camp. I understand that the Camp St. Martin and the Archdiocese of Grouard – McLennan are not responsible for their loss or misplacement.
* I understand my child may be expelled from Camp St. Martin if he/she is found in violation of the camps behaviour policy.
* I understand that any and all prescription medicine to be administered by camp staff must be sent to camp in a current prescription bottle. I understand that over the counter medications must be sent in their original container. I understand that camp personnel may only administer medication as it is prescribed on the proper container.
* I understand and recognize the element of risk inherent in any adventure program, sport, or activity associated with the outdoors. I certify that my child is capable of participation in all of the daily activities and I agree to reinforce the established safety rules and procedures.
* The information given in the registration and medical information paperwork is correct and complete to the best of my knowledge and the person herein described has permission to engage in all activities in the program.
* I give my permission for my child to take part in the field trips provided by the Camp program – paintball or other. I understand that my child will walk, or be transported by school bus, or personal vehicle in the case of absolute necessity.
* I agree to hold harmless Camp St. Martin and the Archdiocese , its agents and employees for all incidents alleging bodily injury or property damage or loss occurring while the person herein described is a participant at a Camp St. Martin sponsored activity on or off the premises.
Photo/Video Promotion Policy
I consent on behalf of the registered individual named above to giving the Archdiocese of Grouard – McLennan, its representatives and employees the right to take photographs or video footage of the registered individual and their property in connection with any Camp St. Martin sponsored activity. I understand the stated above may be used for promotional use and publication the same in print and/or electronically.
Registration and Payment of Fees
-Registration is accepted without payment, to reserve your child’s space in Camp St. Martin.
-At the time of registration, you may pay the full fees or some part of the fees.
-After July 15, 2022, a late fee of $25 will be applied to the full registration cost.
-The full balance of camp fees is due 14 days prior to the first day of the camp week your child is attending.
-Failure to pay in full by the required payment due date will be considered a cancellation of the camp registration. You will have to register again and pay the full fee (plus $25 late fee) at the time of the new registration.
Cheques, PayPal, and Cash all are accepted forms of payment. (See Payment Options)

Changes to Registration
-All requests for registration changes must be completed and submitted 14 days prior to the registered camps start date. All changes to registration must be approved in writing by the Camp Director, and are subject to availability. Any changes made by any other staff person without the written approval from the Camp Director will not be valid.
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations:
Refunds will not be issued should a participant arrive late or leave early, for any reason, including missing home.
-Registrants registered via sponsorship who choose to cancel will be charged cancellation fees for cancellation made less than 14 days before the registered camp.
