On Sept. 23rd, tthe archdiocese hosted its annual finance meeting at Our Lady of Peace Church in Peace River. Around 50 people from the across the archdiocese attended, including pastors, treasurers and members of parish finance councils.
The meeting offers an overview of revenues, expenses, budgets and the general financial situation of the archdiocese. A presentation was also given on the archdiocese’s “Church Fully Alive” initiative and how it can help us tackle the great financial difficulties in our churches, followed by a presentation by UMC Financial Management.
